Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Net Sheet Now collects when you use our website, our calculator links (netsheetnow.com/n/…), or our account dashboard (app.netsheetnow.com), and how we use it. "We," "us," and "Net Sheet Now" refer to the operator of this service.
Information we collect
We collect a few different kinds of information, depending on how you use the product:
- Officer account information — name, company name, title, phone, email, and photo, provided when an escrow officer or title professional sets up an account.
- Fee schedule data — the closing-cost rates, fees, and line items an officer configures for their office. This is business pricing data, not personal information about any individual homeowner.
- Net sheet inputs — when an agent or seller uses a calculator link, we process the property address, sale price, loan payoff amounts, and any name or email entered so we can generate and, if requested, deliver an estimated net sheet.
- Usage and log data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) generated by our hosting and analytics infrastructure.
How we use information
- To generate and deliver seller net sheets and PDFs to the recipients an officer or agent specifies.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Net Sheet Now website and dashboard.
- To notify an officer when their branded calculator link is used, downloaded, or emailed, when that notification feature is enabled.
- To communicate with account holders about billing, product updates, or support requests.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.
Third-party services
We rely on a small number of third-party services to run Net Sheet Now, and information passes through them as follows:
- Google Places API — powers property address autocomplete and lookup. Address text you type is sent to Google to return suggested addresses and their associated city/county data.
- Resend — our transactional email provider, used to deliver net sheet PDFs and related notifications to the email addresses entered on a calculator form.
- Vercel — our hosting provider, which processes standard request logs as part of serving the site.
- Stripe — our payment processor, used to bill officer accounts. Stripe collects and processes the payment information you provide at checkout directly; we do not store your full card number. See Stripe's privacy policy for details on how they handle that information.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share net sheet inputs with anyone beyond what's needed to generate and deliver the requested net sheet.
Data retention
Officer account and fee schedule data is retained for as long as the account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for backups and legal compliance. Net sheet inputs submitted through a calculator link are retained only as long as needed to generate, deliver, and, where an officer has enabled activity notifications, log that a net sheet was created.
Your choices
If you're an escrow officer or title professional with a Net Sheet Now account, you can review or update your account information from your dashboard, or contact us to request deletion. If you're an agent or seller who used a calculator link, you can contact us at the email below to ask what information we hold about you and to request its deletion.
